Cancellation Policy

Card details are taken at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. If you’ve cancelled more than 72 hours prior to your reservation time, no cancellation fees will be charged. For cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice, your card will be charged a cancellation fee of £20 per person. No-shows on the day will also incur the same cancellation fee. For special event dates (like guest chef nights or cooking classes), the full cost of the event will be charged if cancelled with less than 7 days' notice.
